Mission 5Rs Global believes any people would have a fundamental mindset which underpins their national behavior. This mindset would inform their socio-cultural discourse. Mission 5Rs Global believes that what Ghana and Africa need at this time is a mindset to drive our institutions and align the elements of our systems. We have got fairly good plans and policies; governments are fairly stable in recent times. The missing link is the mindset. We in mission 5Rs is calling on all of us as Ghanaians to building the ‘NO LIMITS MINDSET’ This mindset is grounded in the power of teaming up and collaboration. The bible proves to be very scientific about this. The multiplier is 5 as derived from analysis of Leviticus 26:8. “Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you” and also Deuteronomy 32:30 “How could one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had closed them up?” This is true for sub systems. For a people as whole that are aligned by a common mindset, they become simply unstoppable as found in Genesis 11:6. The Lord said, ‘If as one people speaking the same language, they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.’

“Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you” Leviticus [26:8.] In these texts we see what happens when people walk either in God’s blessing or under his curse. What is noteworthy is that even under spiritual influence the locus of achievements is with teaming up and collaboration. What is clear is that God’s blessing gives us only twenty percent of our individual worth. The eighty percent of our individual capabilities is rested in how we team up and how we collaborate. This is the understanding that God expects from any people.
We may then ask, where is teaming up and collaboration happening. The answer is quite simple. The teaming up and collaboration happen in our institutions and systems and we have a lot of them; The family, education, health, financial governance etc.
The essence of our discourse so far is that:
- Our individual good is tied up to the common good 5-fold.
- Be concerned about the health of the systems.
- Pray for God’s intervention but have in mind God’s greater intervention is in the systems
- Prayer would give you your thousand but with good systems you have your five thousand.
- Think systems
- Think collaboration
- Think teamwork
- You always loose out big time when you cheat the system.
Our target is that twenty million Ghanaians would be aligned with the no limit mindset as quickly as is possible.
